The preliminary results show that there are several appropriate machine types and it is necessary to decide, which kind of equipment has to be defined in advance for application respectively. In the paper, the Markov reward approach was developed for computing of average availability and the entire reliability associated cost, considering vehicle operational conditions and aging process of electric motors.
