摘要

为满足多炉膛连续烧结炉温度控制精度的要求,采用PC机、XMT624和固态继电器组成温度场控制系统。根据烧结炉加热过程、温度惯性、滞后等特点,采用智能PID算法实现大范围的温度调节,克服了传统PID控制的局限性。通过实时在线设置智能仪表单元,实现了温度控制精度在每千摄氏度2℃的目标。
