In this paper, QoS Consultant acts as a Mediator Agentbetween client and service provider. Whenever a search is performed for query, the mediator agent selects a list of candidate services that are matched with the given request, will be provided to the client for setting required QoS attributes. The highest RankQOSWeb Service will be provided to the client request. 摘要
