Based on the analysis of statistical data, the number of times on intra-coding mode in inter-frame coding is reduced, and then, the P and B frame transcoding time is reduced. At the same time, the image quality only has a little drop. 摘要

在图像变换域,能量分布反映了包含宏块间方向相关性的图像纹理特征。本文针对MPEG-2转AVS转码器的帧间编码问题,提出了一种新的算法。通过对统计数据的分析,减少帧间编码中intra-coding模式的次数,从而减少P帧和B帧的转码时间。同时,图像质量仅略有下降。实验结果表明,与级联方法和其他类似算法相比,我们提出的算法可以在略微降低信噪比和略微提高比特率的代价下明显减少转码时间。
