Methode used in this research is descriptive Explanatory which is a method that explains causal relationships between the variables observed. This research is limited by data collected from a sample of the population to represent the whole population. Data analyzed by multiple linear regression to, T-test, and F test, with SPSS program. The test result of multiple regression show that every increasing Working condition, Interpersonal Communicationa and perceived organizational support will increase performance of the employes. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨工作条件、人际沟通、组织支持感对印尼泗水PDAM公司绩效雇佣的影响。本研究使用的方法是描述性解释,这是一种解释观察到的变量之间因果关系的方法。这项研究受限于从人口样本中收集的数据,无法代表整个人口。数据分析采用多元线性回归、t检验和F检验,使用SPSS软件。多元回归检验结果显示,工作条件、人际沟通和组织支持感的增加都会提高员工的绩效。假设2的结果表明,工作条件、人际沟通和组织支持感知同时对员工绩效有显著影响,尽管工作条件和人际沟通对员工绩效有显著影响,但组织支持感知对员工绩效没有显著影响。
