One management model was constructed and it will assess and monitor the serviceability of irrigation infrastructure, including assets' condition, performance and importance. Besides, it is suggested that irrigation asset is in on-going decay and great consideration must be given to replacement requirements over the asset's life. Therefore, based on serviceability assessment results, certain annuity of asset in residual life should be deposited with three different ways advocated, according to decision-makers' judgment.
