Aiming at the problems of laser link establishment and diversified QoS requirements of LEO satellite networks, we proposed a QoS-adaptive inter-satellite laser link establishment signaling by adding link state prediction in routing nodes. The simulation results show that the proposed signaling can effectively balance the transmission time delay and packet loss rate with different QoS requirements.
