摘要

本文分析了俄罗斯联邦环境污染的现代问题:大气中污染物浓度的增长,水质的下降,年生产和消费的增长,废物的产生等。利用生态区块动态产业间模型,对2016-2020年的水资源和大气资源负荷进行了预测,并对废弃物产出量趋势进行了预测。在此基础上,得出了环境负荷将持续增长的结论,为防止环境负荷的增长,需要制定国家生态政策。
