The results show that the SKPD performance measurement system is categorized in the worst case with management commitment in the category of getting started but limited performance. 摘要

本研究旨在对明库鲁地区机构的绩效测量体系与管理承诺进行分类,并获得绩效测量体系与管理承诺之间关系的实证证据。本研究采用定量方法和调查方法。收集原始数据的方法是将一份调查表分发给参与明库鲁区域工作单位规划、执行和(或)监督过程的领导人员和工作人员。结果表明,SKPD绩效评估体系被归类为最差情况,管理承诺属于起步但绩效有限的类别。从经验上看,绩效考核体系与管理层承诺之间存在一定的关系。

Type of Performance Measurement System and Management Commitment
