For effective regulation of the power flow among the three ports, both phase shift as well as duty cycle are controlled. Input power flow and output power flow can be regulated independently using duty cycle and phase shift control. Isolation, bidirectional and soft switching properties are also included in the design. The presence of energy storage element makes the converter more reliable and efficient.
