Using PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and human-machine integrated control equipment for the hosiery waterproof coating production equipment, the remote monitoring technology assists operators to catch the equipment status, tracks the manufacturing progress, improves manufacturing efficiency, and further extends the lifetime of automation equipment. The human machine interaction interface is used to present output, production capacity, progress, temperature distribution, wind speed, liquid level, transmission speed, operation cycle, and production utilization rate. Producers do not need to spend additional time and manpower to record and measure data.
