The theoretical component of the work is devoted to substantiating the essence of the definition of «employment of enterprise personnel», positioned as a system of social and labor relations within the framework of a specific labor cooperation; accordingly, the methodological component of the work is argumentation, description and illustration on conditional examples of seven key points that form the concept of the study of personnel employment at the current research stage. The central place in the article is given to the presentation of the original author’s methodology for a comprehensive (satisfied-structural) assessment of the situation in the field of employment of enterprise personnel, based on the allocation of complex types of employment and the development of the Employment Matrix, which allows you to diagnose the achieved level of personnel security, identify problematic issues and justify targeted management decisions aimed at their normalization.
