摘要

本文主要介绍了液压扳手的研究现状,目前的液压扳手不适合单手操作,它主要用于拆卸大尺寸螺栓,如M20以上。为了适应市场发展的需求,满足一人能方便操作某些设备的要求,本文采用“液压马达+减速器+冲击器”的组合方式设计了小型液压扳手。随着小型液压扳手的出现,它可以减轻工人的劳动强度,提高工作效率。
