A mathematical description of the operation of power supply systems has been developed taking into account the hierarchy of their structures and the interaction of their elements with an assessment of the impact on them of a wide range of random disturbing factors. When determining the parameters of temporary interaction of elements depending on the moments of switching on and off of electrical and technological equipment, three situations are possible: simultaneous switching on of equipment according to a given operating program, operation of equipment in accordance with a technological process using a previously known algorithm, and also the case when on and off are independent and subject to random law.
