This system of bank is called as core banking network. Banks allows customer to transfer and receive money in their own account through various ways. In this research work, payment of bank system through cheque is discussed. Cheque payment can be clear by using cheque truncation system of bank. It helps the employee for quick clearance of cheque from home bank branch to clearing house of cheque branch. In this case, cheque document is scanned and cheque image is transfer through cheque truncation system of bank system through digital communication channel to clearing house of cheque bank branch. During this transmission process, issue of copyright protection & security for cheque image arises. To overcome this problem Singular Valued Decomposition transform is used. This helps for digital image watermarking & provides copyright protection facility to cheque image.
