摘要

传统的基于移电平三角形载波(LSTC)的空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)方案在开放式绕组异步电动机(OWIM)驱动中产生了比基于移相三角形载波的空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)更好的谐波频谱,但它不能产生偶数电平运算,导致开关损耗增加,特别是在低速范围内。为了降低低速度范围内的开关损耗,实现偶数电平运行,本文提出了基于LSTC的SVPWM方案。为了验证所提方案的有效性,实现了一个9电平逆变供电1.5kW OWIM驱动器的硬件样机,并使用所提方案和传统的基于移电平三角形载波的SVPWM方案对该驱动器的性能进行了评估。
