E-Learning is something that is new, because of the pandemic, many provider institutions have implemented E-learning first. But not all online education is successful because people still feel that the best education is traditional (face to face), and this will have an impact on student satisfaction as the party receiving education. Student satisfaction is significant factor to look for improving the quality of education and the university's brand image, in addition to the use of IT and the integration between education and IT which must also support each other, the main goal is to achieve good student satisfaction. The study purposed to analyze the factor that influences student's satisfaction using the theory obtained from previous research. A questionnaire-based survey distributed to 564 active students at universities throughout Indonesia was used to collect the data needed for this research. After analyze the data, the result shown that the service quality, information quality, and system quality and significantly influences the e-learning quality and e-learning quality and student satisfaction has relationship each other. This study uses the development of SERVQUAL theory for the research model. 摘要
