The purpose of this study was to determine the decrease in blood pressure and nitrogen monoxide (NO) levels in rats after administration of Gynura procumbens leaves extract. The results showed that the administration of Gynura procumbens leaves extracts significantly reduced blood pressure and increased NO levels. From the results of Duncan's test, it was found that the dose of 300mg / Kg BW showed a better effect on increasing NO levels (p <0.05). 摘要
高血压与血管舒张障碍密切相关,因为一氧化氮(NO)的可用性降低。本研究的目的是测定给药后大鼠血压和一氧化氮(NO)水平的降低。结果表明:春草叶提取物能显著降低大鼠血压,提高一氧化氮水平。Duncan试验结果显示,300mg / Kg BW剂量对NO水平的提高效果较好(p <0.05)。从研究结果可以看出,春地黄叶乙醇提取物具有降低血压、提高一氧化氮水平的降压作用。
