Inclusion pressure, inclusion time, inclusion temperature and ratio of β--CD and UA were the main factors to influence the inclusion ratio of the UHP preparation. The four factors chosen for the present investigation were based on the results of a single-factor test. The optimum preparation parameters were determined as follows: inclusion pressure 200Mpa, inclusion temperature 25???, inclusion time 10min, ratio of β-CD and UA. Under optimized conditions, the inclusion ratio was 78.4%.
