The results show that the NPD innovation process went through several stages, namely: idea generation, filtering idea, concept development, and testing, marketing development and strategy, business analysis, market testing, and commercialization. 摘要

了解新产品开发(NPD)的创新过程有望支持公司的可持续发展。本研究旨在确定印尼食品和饮料行业的NPD创新过程。研究方法采用定性多案例研究方法在4中小型企业在印尼的食品和饮料行业。结果表明,NPD创新过程经历了创意产生、创意过滤、概念开发与测试、营销开发与策略、商业分析、市场测试和商业化几个阶段。本研究结果可为同等规模的企业进行新产品创新提供参考。
