The results of the study based on aspects of practicality namely management, lecturer and student activities towards learning using microteaching learning models based on experiential learning through the role of models and groups. with an overall average of 3.5 with very good indicators, the practicality criteria are very practical. Then the results of the above effectiveness data from the tabulation of student learning outcomes, lecturer response questionnaires, and student response questionnaires to learning using microteaching learning models based on experiential learning through the role of models and groups. with a good average learning outcome. 摘要

本研究旨在通过模型和群体的作用(实践性、有效性),开发基于体验式学习的微格教学学习模式。本研究的设计是开发研究,为了开展这项研究,开发方法将从Plomp使用,包括五个阶段,即:(1)初始评估阶段,(2)设计阶段,(3)实现/构建阶段,(4)测试,评估和修订阶段,(5)实施阶段。此外,为了评估基于体验式学习的微格教学模式的质量,采用Nieveen的标准来实现实践性和有效性。本研究的结果基于实用性方面,即管理、讲师和学生的学习活动,利用基于体验式学习的微教学学习模式,通过模型和群体的作用。总体平均3.5分,各项指标非常好,说明实用性标准非常实用。然后将上述有效性数据的结果从学生学习成果表、讲师反应问卷、学生学习反应问卷等三个方面进行整理,通过模型和群体的作用对基于体验式学习的微格教学学习模式进行研究。平均学习成绩良好。本研究的意义在于,当学生在学校实施实地体验计划时,能够提高他们的技能。
