摘要

由于牙齿裂纹具有隐蔽性症状,现有的成像技术存在分辨率不足、检测不准确等问题。本文设计了一种适用于不同类型牙齿全冠扫描的扫描源OCT系统。采用温差法制备了人工牙裂模型,利用扫描源OCT获得了不同制备条件下门牙、前磨牙和磨牙的牙裂层析成像。实验结果表明,扫描源OCT系统可以对不同程度的牙裂进行成像,并对牙裂的进展进行监测。同时验证了通过改变冷处理时间和制备循环次数可以获得不同等级的牙齿裂纹,这对临床牙齿裂纹的诊断和治疗具有重要意义。
