The presence of series capacitors has given rise to the phenomena Subsynchronous Resonance (SSR). But in few conditions such as in fault conditions, SSR phenomenon takes place which can damage the turbine generator shaft. In this paper SSR phenomenon is studied with modified IEEE second benchmark model and various techniques has been developed for damping of SSR by adjusting the series compensation and using the FACTS controllers. 摘要

长输电线路串联补偿是提高电网输电能力的有效解决方案。本文考虑了静态同步补偿器(STATCOM)和连接在输电线路电气中心的其他FACTS控制器所提供的串联无源补偿和并联有源补偿。串联电容器的存在引起了次同步谐振现象。但在故障工况等少数情况下,会发生SSR现象,造成汽轮发电机轴的损坏。本文采用改进的IEEE第二基准模型对SSR现象进行了研究,并通过调整串联补偿和使用FACTS控制器对SSR进行了阻尼。通过MATLAB仿真得到了实验结果。
