Kostiantyn. Formation of the Leadership Qualities of a Modern Teacher in the System of the In-Service Pedagogical Training. This paper is about the content of the concepts «leadership», «charismatic leader». It is proved that the effectiveness of the pedagogical influence on the formation of the personality would occur under the condition of the teacher’s constant work on the formation of personal leadership qualities. By the example of the experts’ work of the Leadership Centre of the National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute», the methodology for the formation of communicative competence of teachers-leaders in the system of the in-service pedagogical education is shown. The expediency of using training technologies in the formation of leadership qualities of teachers has been proved.
