The results of this study indicate that 1) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 2) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 3) Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 4) Compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance 5) Leadership Style, Work Environment, Workload and Compensation together have a significant influence on employee performance. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨领导风格、工作环境、工作量和薪酬对Lamoist层压饼员工绩效的影响。总体为65人,均为Lamoist层的员工,采用全抽样方法。研究型采用定量与描述性分析相结合的研究设计。收集数据是通过谷歌表格分发问卷。本研究结果表明:1)领导风格对员工绩效有正向显著影响;2)工作环境对员工绩效有正向显著影响;3)工作量对员工绩效有正向显著影响;4)薪酬对员工绩效有正向显著影响;5)领导风格、工作环境、工作量和薪酬共同对员工绩效有显著影响。从F count 60.077≥F表2.523的值可以看出,显著水平为0.000 <0.05。
