According to the production characteristics of manufacturing enterprises, this paper selects a typical three-level supply chain system as the research object, and establishes a differential dynamic model of low-carbon technology innovation cooperation strategy. Then the low-carbon technology input level and income level of each member company under different cooperation strategies are deduced. Finally, MATLAB is used for simulation analysis. The results show that in non-cooperative situations, when system manufacturers adopt cost-sharing strategies, they play a positive incentive role for the entire supply chain system, which increasing a certain percentage of low-carbon technology innovation investment and even preceeds of equipment suppliers and component suppliers. 摘要

为实现双碳目标,制造企业积极推进绿色转型,探索低碳技术,加大创新投入。本文根据制造企业的生产特点,选取一个典型的三级供应链系统作为研究对象,建立了低碳技术创新合作战略的差分动态模型。然后推导出不同合作策略下各成员企业的低碳技术投入水平和收益水平。最后利用MATLAB进行仿真分析。结果表明,在非合作情况下,系统制造商采用成本分担策略时,对整个供应链系统起到了积极的激励作用,提高了一定比例的低碳技术创新投资,甚至超过了设备供应商和零部件供应商。当供应链系统中各成员企业采取合作策略时,供应链的整体低碳创新投入水平和效益最大化。
