After reviewing, this paper indicates important points for making the patent declaration form which is defined in the policy and guideline. Especially, the difference among three options in the form is explained for convenience to patent owner who is willing to submit the form but is not familiar with it. Finally, some of hot topics considered and discussed in the IPR Ad-hoc meeting are introduced and some of resolutions are proposed in this paper.
