For achieving the desired assist power with good steering feel, the internal model control (IMC) method is applied to the current control loop of the PMSM. The IMC philosophy is used to generate parameters for conventional PI controllers. It can take the advantage mentioned to reduce the trial-and-error procedures and to shorten the development time for the EPS control system. In order to verify the control algorithm, this paper introduces the co-simulation technique to validate the proposed controller for high accurate description of vehicle dynamics and models of the steering behavior. Finally, the EPS control system is implemented by an embedded microprocessor. 摘要

本文的目的是提出一种利用永磁同步电机实现电动助力转向(EPS)系统的开发方法。为了获得理想的辅助动力和良好的转向感觉,将内模控制(IMC)方法应用于永磁同步电机的电流控制回路。IMC原理用于生成传统PI控制器的参数。它可以利用上述优点,减少试错程序,缩短EPS控制系统的开发时间。为了验证控制算法,本文引入了联合仿真技术来验证所提出的控制器对车辆动力学和转向行为模型的高精度描述。最后,采用嵌入式微处理器实现EPS控制系统。结果表明,电流控制具有良好的跟踪性能,仿真结果与实验结果一致。
