Detemination of the sample used in this study by purposive sampling technique totaling 12 mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2021 period. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the study show that funding decision variable have a positive and significant effect on firm value, investment decision variable has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value, profitability variable have a positive and significant effect on firm value and sales growth variabel have a positive and insignificant effect on firm value.
