The GPS CNA V and GPS CNA V-2 message is used structures as the basis for the message structure of the new navigation signal. In addition, the data rate of the navigation data other than the CED during the maximum broadcast interval of CED is analyzed. From the results, TTFFD is the best in the structure of CNA V-2 format. Considerations for message design of new satellite navigation signal
