The Solidworks software consist of four sections. Those sections are manual drawing, part module, assembly module and drawing module. Solidworks simulation software is used to simulate pick and place system. 摘要

本文利用Solidworks仿真软件对拾取系统进行了设计和分析仿真。利用Solidworks软件设计了不同夹持器的圆柱体、滑块等取放系统的部分部件。本设计将通过仿真研究和运动研究对其进行分析。在三维设计(3D CAD)软件的帮助下,可以提高设计自动化和工业机器人的技能和知识。机器人设计需要使用三维设计(3D CAD)软件进行发明,这样可以缩短机器人的开发时间,提高设计系统的速度和质量。Solidworks软件由四个部分组成。主要分为人工绘图模块、零件模块、装配模块和绘图模块。采用Solidworks仿真软件对拾取系统进行仿真。通过对零件和装配体的仿真和运动研究,验证了该系统的性能。
