摘要

为了满足智能配电网的通信需求,建立了一种异构无线网络选择模型。该模型有3个目标:实时业务的阻塞率、非实时业务的平均传输时间和网络负载。采用量子克隆免疫多目标优化算法对模型进行仿真。仿真结果表明,与MLB算法和RBF-FNN算法相比,该算法在实时业务阻塞率、非实时业务平均传输时间和网络负载均衡方面具有更好的性能。
