To design this green procurement system is by implementing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) with SAP Activate method. The Result of this research is an ERP system that is to help all the procurement activity with a green system. And this system is integrated with production, sales and distribution, and reverse logistics. 摘要

加鲁特的高人口和畜牧业生产是发展皮革制革业的开端，现在皮革制革业是印度尼西亚最大的部门工业。皮革制革业有可能危害环境。PT. Elco Indonesia Sejahtera是Garut皮革制革行业之一。他们没有一个系统来支持这些活动，并以一份文件作为文件进行报告。本研究将设计一个绿色采购系统，以尽量减少有害废物。绿色采购系统将能够使用KPI(关键绩效指标)来监控材料和供应商。采用SAP的Activate方法实施ERP(企业资源计划)，设计绿色采购系统。本研究的结果是一个ERP系统，是帮助所有的采购活动与绿色系统。该系统集生产、销售、配送、逆向物流于一体。这些将有助于行业监控业务流程。
