NEGATIVE IMPACTS OF CRIMINAL SUBCULTURE ON THE FORMATION OF THE PERSONALITY OF JUVENILES
The next article is devoted to the study of the psychological characteristics of criminal culture. Speaking about criminal culture, it must be said that for its formation there were historical, cultural, social, manifestations, as well as legal conditions that, as a result of the state structure, state activity or inaction, contributed to the existence of this culture, which for many years became a part of public life. From the point of view of the impact on a person, of course, it is assimilated faster, especially by juveniles, due to the age characteristics of the latter. Aggression, violence on television, the successes of those who demonstrate certain criminal behavior and stories promoting romantic dummy heroes are perceived by juveniles as positive, and their unlimited access to the Internet allows juveniles to receive extensive information about the peculiarities of criminal culture. The article provides a theoretical analysis of criminal culture from the point of view of psychological impact. Also presented are the results of a study aimed at studying the negative impact of criminal culture on juveniles. The results of the study allow us to conclude that juveniles tend to apply certain values of the criminal subculture in their interpersonal relationships - norms as a form of behavior, as a means of regulating relationships. This is especially true when it comes to friendship with males, as well as when building relationships with the opposite sex.
