摘要

以发酵豆芽废粉为日粮,对肉用鸡肉在贮藏期间的品质进行了研究。本试验采用完全随机设计(CRD),共设2个因子,即因子1为P0(不添加发酵豆芽废面粉的对照日粮)、P1(添加3%发酵豆芽废面粉的日粮)、P2(添加6%发酵豆芽废面粉的日粮)和P3(添加9%发酵豆芽废面粉的日粮)。发酵豆芽渣与贮藏时间的交互作用对肉鸡肉质无显著影响(P>0.05)。肉用鸡肉在8℃条件下保存期为8天。
