Nowadays, virtual communities form a unique content that is the actual source of information and its effective exchange. The analysis of virtual communities' creation as a project, organization of the life cycle is presented by using the network planning. The article presents the execution of tasks directions of the life cycle of virtual communities by using the functional-network model developed based on Petri nets. In this model, the top has a complex structure, what is the execution of the tasks direction, namely: user, informational, resource and reputational; and color the corresponding direction.
