In this paper we investigate to see whether the oscillator performance is compromised. The (design is done on a personal computer using the EEsof Touchstone package. Touchstone allows the analysis to be performed in terms of the physical models and structures. It supports two powerful routines for optimisation and tuning. The optimisation facility will, automatically adjust circuit parameter to meet specified circuit characteristics.
