摘要

采用面向对象方法对滚动力传感器进行设计,可以结合面向对象方法的优点,对检测对象进行有针对性的高效设计。将传感器设计的步骤抽象为:对象分析、传感器设计、测量电路设计、封装结构设计等。该方法可以在仿真中合理设计。本文通过对连续注射和连续轧制设备的轧制力传感器的设计,可以大大减少冗余操作,节省设计时间,合理高效地利用资源,满足轧制力检测的实际需求,证明其优于传统的设计方法。
