摘要

目的:运用因子分析法,初步建立胜任力模型。方法:在前期对高职院校“双师型”教师的研究成果基础上,通过主成分分析提取共性因素并进行命名,初步构建胜任力模型。结果:本研究初步建立了包含6个维度、40个胜任力的胜任力模型。结论:因子分析法在初步建立胜任力模型时是实用的,所得结论符合实际情况,可以作为进一步研究的基础。
