Serial communication of OPC-SERVER, sequential control of PLC, frequency conversion speed regulation technology and data acquisitions by LabVIEW are all achieved in this system; modeling and simulation on the whole system are built by AMESim and Matlab; fuzzy PID controller is designed on the pressure of system, so intelligent optimization control on system is realized. The old manual test method will be replaced by this system with high precision, automatic test process achieved.
