This study aims to determine the relationship and diet with dental caries in elementary school age children at SD IT Amanah, Sungai Bungkal District, Sungai Penuh City. The design used cross sectional with a sample of 47 people. The results showed that 55.3% of respondents experienced dental caries, 61.7% of respondents had a low level of knowledge, and 66.0% of respondents experienced poor eating patterns. The statistical test of knowledge with the incidence of dental caries (p value = 0.000 < 0.05) and the relationship between diet and the incidence of dental caries (p value = 0.038 < 0.05). It concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and eating patterns with the incidence of dental caries in school-age children. 摘要
世界上龋齿的发病率非常高，包括儿童。本研究旨在探讨双溪Penuh市双溪Bungkal区SD IT Amanah小学适龄儿童龋齿与饮食的关系。该设计采用了47人的横截面样本。调查结果显示，55.3%的调查对象有龋病，61.7%的调查对象牙齿知识水平低，66.0%的调查对象饮食习惯不良。统计学检验知识与龋齿发生率的关系(p值= 0.000 < 0.05)及饮食与龋齿发生率的关系(p值= 0.038 < 0.05)。该研究得出结论，学龄儿童龋齿发病率与知识和饮食模式之间存在关系。希望卫生工作者能够开展有关龋齿的健康宣传。
