A distributed protocol to reduce blocking for short flows in optical flow switching networks
We propose the distributed Multi-Destinations Control Protocol (MDCP) for optical flow switching networks that can reduce the destination and path blocking. Numerical studies demonstrate that MDCP can effectively improve the network throughput to over 80%.
