摘要
本研究旨在描述上高县赛瑞亚·赛华幼儿教育对4-5岁儿童进行纪律灌输的策略。本研究的样本为X班学生,共3名学生,研究对象是根据研究需要选取的,即PAUD Sai Ceria Sejuah Sanggau Regency的A班教师,共1人,研究方法采用描述性和定性方法,技术数据收集采用观察法、访谈法和文献法。结果表明:1)惩戒性培养策略:教师采用惩戒性培养策略,通过举例让幼儿在上课前脱鞋、将鞋子放在提供的架子上、将书包放在架子上、整理文具和配件等有纪律的行为。使用玩具。2)故事示范策略,教师以印刷故事书的形式,以纪律为主题,利用媒介讲故事。3)通过习惯来灌输纪律的策略,例如老师让孩子熟悉在上课前脱鞋,把鞋子放在架子上。
