摘要

本文的目的是研究企业研发投入产出效率的评价。采用中国大陆31个地区企业研发活动数据、研发资金数据和研发人员数据作为投入指标，新产品产出数据作为投入指标。基于DEA交叉评价模型评价中国企业研发投入产出效率的产出指标并不理想。在该地区一半以上的省份中，只有海南省是高效的。最后，提出了提高中国企业研发投入产出水平的合理性。
