The work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance because the value of t count > t table is where 5.056 > from T table of 1.671. Based on the results of this study it is also known that the independent variables jointly or simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the performance of employees at the Makassar City National Land Agency. 摘要

本研究旨在(1)确定满意度对员工绩效的影响,(2)确定工作纪律对员工绩效的影响,(3)确定满意度和工作纪律共同对望加锡市国家土地局员工绩效的影响。本研究使用的数据为一手数据和二手数据,共63名受访者。本研究采用定量方法,并利用SPSS 25数据处理软件进行多元线性回归分析,证明了三个假设。本研究结果证明,满意度变量对员工绩效有显著影响,从1.671的t表中,t计数> t表,其中3.434 >。工作纪律变量对员工绩效有显著影响,因为t count > t表的值为1.671的t表中的5.056 >。根据本研究的结果,我们也知道自变量共同或同时对因变量,即望加锡市国家土地管理局员工的绩效有显著的影响。因此,如果满意度和工作纪律不断提高,那么绩效当然会更理想。
