Demonstration of a novel technique for optical generation of millimeter-wave signals
We propose and demonstrate a novel technique for the optical generation of high-purity millimeter-wave signals up to 330 GHz by synthesizing the outputs from cascaded phase-locked multiple semiconductor lasers.
