本文将介绍面向物联网和激光制造的传感器设计研究,以及支持局部物联网的建立。主要内容包括研究硅微倾斜传感器的结构设计、数据采集与处理、寻址植入以及利用无线传感器网络技术构建Local Area IOT。最后,从物联网的推动者、观察者、悲观者和实干家四个角度探讨了物联网的现状和发展趋势。
