It used the descriptive research method and employed the QUIS 7.0 questionnaire. The survey involved 350 respondents composed of parents/ guardians, teachers, students and technical experts. Data were treated using frequency count, percentage, and median. The application can access records from the Registrar’s database and can be retrieved through a web browser using a desktop computer, laptop, and mobile phones, allowing greater portability and timely grade querying. The application enabled accounts for students, parents/ guardian, and teachers. It included a log-in page, an account page, an assessment page, a view grade, and summary of grade pages.
