To improve the aperture utilization rate, circular radiation patch is adopted. Fan-shaped metasurface cells are arranged around the antenna to form a dual-ring layout. Based on phase cancellation principle, both in-band and out-of-band RCS reductions are achieved. Simulated results show that the proposed antenna achieves broadband RCS reduction from 5.0 GHz to 9.5 GHz.
