Especially, it has been widely used in the field of non-destructive detection. In this paper, a circuit system for single ultrasonic detection sensor was proposed, which can be used to measure the distance with non-contact. The circuit system included the input and output unit, signal generation and echo acquisition unit, echo amplification unit, and time-out reset and the self-locking unit. With the frequency as 170.0 kHz of the ultrasonic sensor, the detection system can accurately measure the distance in air with the error rate less than 4.60 %% in the range of2000.00 mm, and the uncertainty less than ±1.71mm in the range of 1000.00 mm.
